Shipping policy
All orders are processed within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If the item is out of stock, or there are delivery delays due to postal delays you will be notified about the expected arrival and delivery date of your goods.
In case of unexpected catastrophes such civilian unrest, natural disasters - fire or flood, or other problems outside of our control we will make every attempt to deliver your items to you as soon as possible. If it is necessary to cancel the order we will refund your payments into your account.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use Australia Post for shipping and courier services as applicable and necessary to ship and deliver your goods within Australia and overseas.
Standard domestic shipping times are 1 - 3 business days within city and metropolitan areas and 3 - 7 business days for rural areas with 12 - 15 days for remote areas in Australia.
The Table below provides an indication of postage and delivery charges which could apply, but actual charges to you will vary depending upon the mode of delivery service chosen,destination, the size and weight of the package.

Delivery and Local Pickup
Australia Post Courier Services will deliver to your home address.
Where we use Australia Post you can arrange to have your order sent to a local P.O. box.
In case of Custom purchases goods can also be picked up from a pre-agreed location.

International Shipping
We ship our goods internationally, where and when local postal and shipping services are available, to USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Europe and New Zealand.
International Delivery times depend on the country and location and can vary betweem 5 - 15 business days for cities and metropolitan areas and 15 -20 days for remote areas. For bulk orders, please contact info@bludaisi.com.au to determine custom postage and delivery charges and delivery times when you are sending goods to international destinations. Shipping by sea freight can take 3 months.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping times and charges can vary greatly depending on International Relations. We are not responsible for delivery delays or product losses which may occur if Goods are impacted by war, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control. If you decide that the risk of loss due to unforeseen disasters is large please arrange to take out the necessary shipping insurance.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BLUDAISI is not responsible for these charges . (Where they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer. )
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 17 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you have been sent an item which you did not order, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, only if the item is undamaged and unused - in its unopened product package and in its original condition - you will attach a copy of the paid invoice and then we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bludaisi.com.au and address it to Support with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition plus a copy of your paid invoice. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
